As a Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Coach, I understand what it feels like to feel disconnected from your body - to not recognize your strength, or to feel lost when returning to exercise after birth.
My goal is to help you rebuild that connection through movement, breathwork, and education, so you can feel strong, supported, and at home in your body again.
